Custom Revolver Question

Anybody out there have any experience with add on sight ribs? I am interested in possibly getting something done without changing the barrel unlike the IPSC guys do, also any recommendations.
Specifically interested in adding something like a Wichita rib to a 3" heavy barrel M13 or M65.
Bomar was the first choice, but they are history.
It looks like there are very few folks out there making these things any more.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Many years ago a outfit named lee used to sell ribs for ruger single actions etc. Havent seen him advertise in years but they looked good.
