Cyl/barrel gap

With an older .32 S/W long HE ( 1905) would .030MM or 0.025" cylinder/barrel gap be too much?
I think it's around 1905+ dated under grip for factory repair in 9.15.

How does someone go about tightening the gap?

Yes that is over double what it should be,Normally .004-.010 is considered good.On a older Gun you may be fine with a little larger than .010 but .025 is too wide.

Guys, sorry but that should have been .011 ".. not ..025...I wasn't reading my mic. correctly.how does someone go about tightening the gap?

.11 is right on the larger edge of an acceptable B/C gap. Many new guns currently leaving the factory are in the .010 to .012 range. How does it shoot? If it doesn't spit it should be O.K.

It's ok, bought a inch set feelers guage today and it is .011 so all's not lost... thanks guys.
