cylinder alignment on 610

Hello all

Anyone know how far out of alignment a cylinder has to be before it is something that the factory would tighten up?
My 610 is out enough to see when looking down the barrel, so I figure it is probly out enough to affect accuracy. If it is still considered"within spec" I will talk to my gunsmith. Also, it has a custom trigger I dont want changed, if I send it in will they leave the trigger alone or are they obligated to return it back to factory?

If you slide a .40 cal range rod down the barrel, you can determine the lockup alignment for each of the 6 chambers. I can't tell just by looking down the barrel.
