I have a new PC 460 with a .009 cylinder gap, and .002 end play in the cylinder. I have yet to fire this weapon, and wonder if I should consider sending it back. I assumed the PC version would be better than the normal standard tolerances allowed by S&W in their non PC revolvers. Am I wrong in this assumption?
On another note, the trigger pull in SA is smooth and crisp, but at 5 lbs. Is this also standard in a PC revolver?

Cylinder gap at .009" and .002" endshake are within factory spec and fine. I wouldn't think twice about them.

A five pound single action pull is a little heavy compared to average. Have you cleaned, lubed and dry fired?

Five pound trigger is pretty much the industry standard anymore, at least in my experience. Barrel gap is within spec, gun should shoot fine.
