I believe it is standard velocity ammo, and it shoots even better than CCI Standard Velocity (0032) in my Remington 541!!

Haven't seen it for quite some time.

mikerjf is right about the age. That was the first thing I noticed in the OP’s picture. OTOH, if it has been stored in a reasonable manner, age should not be a major consideration. Sellier & Bellot ammo seems to be pretty well made, so if it were offered to me at a reasonable price, I’d at least give it a try. Your money~ your decision.

I have shot up a bunch of that... good shooting, very reliable. Still have several hundred rounds of it in my ammo cache. There was a lot of it imported some years ago in that same box and it was relatively inexpensive at the time so I bought a bunch. Recently ran across some target grade shorts in similar packaging at a local shop so picked up some of those to try. If they shoot as well as the LR stuff does I'll be happy.

I bet it has been about 30 years since I bought that stuff.
Still have a few boxes left, wish I could remember how it shot, but think it was decent ammo.
Neroxin label.

I may have to test the stuff I have.
It was sold as target ammo but I wasn't too
impressed back when I got it.
Shot up a bit and put the rest up for
just in case. Maybe I should give it another
chance.
