D&Ting

Spent a decent portion of the day setting up and D&Tin the S&W 14-2 and 17-3 for dot sights. 14-2 pictured on top.

Forget the name but there is an excellent mount that attaches to sight profile slot. Have used it on couple of S&Ws.

I used to use the weaver 307 no drill scope mounts.

I used a Weigand base. They work great for the dot sights but these 2 older revolvers were built before S&W D&T'd their frames.
These older eyeballs really appreciate the dot sights though with enough time I can get standard open sights lined up.
