According to Gunbot, Butches Reloading has 8lb jugs of Red Dot, and AR-Comp 1 lbers.
Red Dot is now sold out, BUT Power Pistol was just added. They have Reloader 15 too.

Received notice from Midway they have (had) BE powder available. Obviously it didn't last. What bothers me is their quantity limits, 48 pounds per order. Excuse me, but there are many customers who would have been grateful to buy 8 pounds, or less. In these times of (powder) shortages that doesn't strike me as good PR.
