I had them in my cart, but decided against it, since I can get Federal primers for about $36/1000, especially after seeing the total with shipping/hazmat.
They really stick it too you with those darn fees and the purchase limits....though I do understand the reason for the limit right now.

Cabelas has Lee Carbide 9mm Luger & 45acp 3 Die sets in.
I'm not sure if Hornady Lnl AP Shell-plates are still in demand, but Cabelas has them for 38 Special, 9mm, 44 Special & Mag, 45acp, & .223 Remington.

Kittery Trading Post has a very limited selection of powder in their "Backroom": Showing 1 each of BLC-2, and Varget, might help someone that lives close to them--to avoid the Hazmat, and you have to call to order, and you can have them save in store.
