Date and value non-dash M60 Please

Picked up a 97-98% M60 as-new in cardboard box with manual and warranty card for $400 @ Cabela's. Serial # R47279, has pinned barrel, box says Bangor Punta. Any info gratefully accepted.

Early 1970's and that's a good price. I've seen similar guns sell on GB for $600.
