date my model 17 (K22)

New member here. I just bought a model 17. There is no dash & number after the model number so I guess it is an early one. The serial number is K3473XX. Can anyone give me a date of manufacture? Or even a range of when the basic 17 was made. Thanks

Thanks Vulcan Bob, sorry I don't have a clue about posting pictures, but I can email them. My K22 has a 6" bbl. that is pinned and recessed. Was the $200 I paid reasonable?

Great gun

I have SN. K361xxx from 1959.Your mod 17 no dash is also a four screw gun.They were made in smaller numbers than 5 screw or three screw guns.As for what you paid for your gun,you got it for less than half price.
