Dating a S W 642-1

Hi, I've been looking at a 642-1. The finish is a bit worn in spots from holster wear but no peeling of any kind. I was hoping I could get a manufacturing date on it. Serial is CET58xx.

Don't take her to the movies. You could get arrested. She will rust if you give her beer and diet coke. Plug her full of hard cylindrical slugs... often... and squeeze her tight. She'll perform flawlessly for you. Just don't jerk her around or you'll miss your chance to love her.
