So I usually do the overnight turkey and it is always excellent. This year my wife's ex offered to deep fry my 20 pounder. Carried it out to his place in the country and after an hour of listening to fish stories (he's actually an accomplished tournament bass angler) that bird was cooked to perfection. Juicy and "crackly" in the right spots. Only thing is you gotta make up your own gravy. We all ate way too much and that's why it took an extra day to post a review.
