My Bond derringer shipped with a triggerguard but many including me like to unscrew them to make the trigger pull nicer and the gun classier looking.
But it had rough jagged edges in the machining for the triggerguard interface that poked and stuck in my hand painfully when handling and shooting. They had to go:
I used my files and gently dehorned the area and finished off with several grits of wet or dry. It’s now gloriously smooth and provides fantastic comfort. MUCH better.
Just figured I’d share. God bless.
