I'm looking for a gunsmith to install a front sight and base. I will supply both barrels. One is post 1970 (+-) with a fixed front sight base. I want it removed and an existing base on another barrel installed. This will entail installing a base that is held by 2 pins that are visible and matching the barrel to accept the new sight. Basically I want to change a barrel from a fixed based rib to a earlier 2 pins front sight base barrel.
