It's worth whatever someone would pay, so I'll tell you what I would pay.
I'd give you $350 for the gun with the sights, $40 for the Apex parts, (I can buy a new M&P 40 with night sights for $455 with three full size mags) and I have the holster so I'd give you $20 for that.
So for me, maybe $410. I don't need the Apex parts or the holster so that just doesn't add much value for me. And when I can buy a new gun with three mags and night sights for $455, well I don't even think I'd give you $410 for yours.
Anyway, that's where I would come from. Someone else will surely be willing to pay more.
