Just thought I would post my recent expierience with gripmaker Dick Horton.I ordered my S&W model 41 grips in June of this year and had to pay in full,recieved the grips the end of October tried to install them and the grip screw holes did not line up and the magazine would not seat fully not to mention that they did not fit my hand even though I had to send numerous copy's of my hand with the order also the finish was full of air bubbles,I Emailed Dick and he said I could ship them back(which I did immediatly) and he would correct them or if I wished give me a full refund since he had a long list of people waiting for 41 grips.So I choose to get a refund and waited and waited for it.He ignored my emails and when he finnaly answered the phone he was indignant and said he was working on it.A month and a half later I get a check in the mail for the ammount - shipping and a 20 dollar restocking fee even though he had all my money since June.Beware of this primodonna crook.
