Did S&W send you a confirmation email for the rebate?

Just checked the web link. Had to try 4-5 different combinations. Finally entered Zip, Last name & Store. Left out phone number before I finally got an answer saying they had my rebate registration.

^^Thanks for the tip. I left of the phone and dealer name and it found it. So just put in zip code and last name.

I submitted mine online (uploaded scanned copy of my receipt) and got a confirmation page, but no email. The way I look at it, honestly, in 8-10 weeks I will probably have forgotten about it already anyways, so not really a loss if they "forget about it" as well. If everything went/goes well, then it will be a nice surprise when the check comes in the mail.

I wonder how many people really do just pay the rebate no attention and never even attempt to get it...

For $75., only an idiot.:)

I put in my last name and zip code on the Milano site and it shows my rebate info as valid submission received and the rebate amount with the date I entered things.

Interestingly, when I entered my phone number, zip code and last name on the Milano site form, it came up "no record". When I entered just my zip code and last name, the record came up.

Thank you very, very much for this. I did the same, sometimes less information has a better result, and sure enough, there it is!

Yeah, for $75, I just forget about it and, like you said, get a surprise when it happens.

I used to watch my stock portfolio everyday. It'll make you crazy! Now I just don't think about my stocks unless some bad news is happening for one of them, then I'll consider selling a new batches (for cost-basis purposes). MY stress level and blood pressure are much better this way. :)

Ok, here is what I know on the S&W rebate as you all know Milano is the company that is taking care of your rebate. If you put your info on line like I did a screen pops up and says submission complete please allow 6 to 10 weeks for your rebate to be processed and when you check online for your rebate status it may say something like this your info can not be found please call Milano and I did and was told it takes 4 to 6 weeks for your info to show up so you better hope you did it right as this could cause a problem. And by the way I bought 2 shields one a 45 the other a 9 so I am waiting on $150 which will help in my next S&W revolver. Good luck and happy shooting folks.

Bro....thats all been said time and time again in this thread....linked.....screen shots...etc....etc....etc.

The reason it couldnt find your info is because you entered a phone number.......there was no phone number request on the rebate form.

....and it said 8-10 weeks......not 6-10.

I believe we are at around 4 weeks in and info is at least starting to show up. Not bad.

Welcome to the madness:D

This is how you find the site. Try it: Milano Online Rebate Inquiry

Entered name and zip code and bingo, it showed they got it.

By the way Milano is one of the biggest rebate and coupon redeeming businesses in the US. It's what they do. If you submitted what was asked for, you'll get your $$$.

I followed the rules. They allow for no notification. I'm not going to NOT get my ammo money. It's all by serial number. It should be easy to eliminate duplicates. At least I know I'm in. Who programmed this anyway, the guys that did the Obama Care website?

I hope not, because that cost like 50 Billion dollars!

Thank you for the kind words bro

Ok, lets take this to the next step.

Everybodies info is starting to show up (including mine)

I guess this would mainly be for the guys that ran this gambit in 2010.

In the rebate amount column mine reflects -0- three times.

When does that show a number? When the process and pay? When you receive your check? Later after its all over? Does the website reflect an amount first then the check shows up? Or does the check just majically appear one day?

Cuss and Discuss.....:D

Mine has shown the amount total since Friday when I first noticed it was there. It shows the entry date as April 23rd, I think about a week after I submitted it online.

I just got a result from the Milano site[emoji106]

Interesting. Going by the date mine was submitted prior to yours, yet it still shows 0 rather than a dollar amount.

Should I be concerned about this?
