Did You See A Gun?

This happened a couple nights ago in my county.

I've watched it a few times, and still never could make out if the dude pulled a gun. I'm not questioning the officers decision, just hope there wasn't any damage to his car.

To me, it looked like he pulled something out of his waistband did a behind the back toss into the bushes.

I agree, it looked like he tossed it. Still not smart to grab a gun when being pursued like that.

If you use the Youtube tools to slow done the video to 0.25x speed, you can clearly see the gun pulled out and in the guy's hand as he grabs the handlebars again. Then he makes a movement across the front of his body tossing the gun.

Agree with above as you see it come out.

Deputy, between driving and watching, may not have caught the tossing motion and I wouldn't want to take the chance I was wrong and he still had it in his hand.

Maybe he had one, maybe not. He was refusing to stop, and got what the Arkansas State Police routinely do to cars that don't stop, sometimes at over 100 mph. This guy got off lucky.
