Difference between M&P 2.0 .45 ( 11523 vs 13007)

11523 is discontinued
13007 is current production.

Both are 2.0, so what is the difference?

I don’t see any outward differences so I assume there are/may be some minor internal differences if there are any differences at all. Specs for the two versions appear to be the same.

The 13007 is listed as "Massachusetts Compliant," 11523 seems not to have been.

I did notice that and usually when a firearm is complaint to a certain state, its not usually a good thing.

The one listing I found showed 11523 "compliant" with several repressive states but not Mass. 13007 includes MA. Is that the one that requires a tough trigger pull for "safety?"

If I remember correctly, Massachusetts requires a pistol without a manual safety has to have at least a 10-pound trigger pull.
