Well, I've finally done it. I lost that little white plastic collar that fits between the bottom of the powder measure and the powder/expander die! I removed my Lyman single stage from the bench and set up the Dillon for a run of .40S&W, and when I took the powder measure off the shelf, the first think I checked for was the collar. Gone. Guess I'll be on the phone to Dillon Monday morning and ordering TWO! Man, I've always keep a real close eye on that thing, too!

At least I have enough .45 acp loaded for the MN state indoor pistol match this coming weekend, plus a few rounds for practice.

Dillon will give you one due to their NO BS POLICY. I love Dillon

I agree. Dillon has some of the most knowledgeable and helpful customer service people on the planet. Call their toll free # . A few years ago a friend had his Dillon damaged in a fire and they fixed it and didn't charge him. Don't know if that is still their practice.

I called them first thing yesterday morning and ordered two of those collars. No charge for the first one! I also ordered a spare parts kit. I know they'll replace whatever breaks, but it is frustrating to have the time to reload and not be able to do it. I'm hoping to be able to shoot in a few Bullseye 2700s this summer, so that should keep the Dillon busy. Plus I've committed to help with the local club's IDPA matches this summer.
