If you call Smith and Wesson's Customer service, I'm positive they'll send em to you. I stripped one of those top rail screws and had to drill it out- they sent me a replacement. And the plug replacements when I lost those too.Raising this from the dead. I recently picked up very nice 327 R8 but unfortunately three of the four screws for the top rail were missing. Any idea as to a source? Numerichs shows nothing for this model.

They have good customer service. I've had many positive interactions with them. Most are generally friendly and want to help us out.Well I ended up emailing S&W CS Thursday late afternoon. I received a phone call less than 24 hours later from S&W asking for my preferred shipping address for the screws, no charge. I explained I bought the revolver used and the missing screws were not their fault but they said free anyway.
It is good to know their service has not apparently declined.
