So in my safe I use simple short sections of 1/2" PVC as prop rods for a small collection of S&W revolvers - they are "Bubba Ugly" but efficient and functional. However, I'd prefer to make some with the disc or flange on the front end. I found a 10-pack online for about $14 (wow, cool!) but the only shipping method offered was UPS at nearly $21 (uh, NOPE!)

Anyone here made their own that included a flange or disc on the end?

Heat your pvc with a torch until the lettering starts to fade. Press it hot into a cold vise or concrete floor. Make your cut and repeat. The alternate would be to buy a bag of pvc couplings and slice them into 4 pieces with a chop saw or hack saw. Glue the ends on them. I am cheap but rarely show someone the inside of my safe.
