Here is the sling made for my 15-22:

For anyone interested, here is how to make one. You will need 2 yards of 1.25 inch wide nylon or cotton strap. I found mine at Jo Ann Fabrics. I used cotton because it is not as stiff. Cost is less than $7.
You also need 1.25 inch sliders which are difficult to find for some reason. I found these at Walmart for $.58 each.

You will need a sling mount for the front end of your quad rail. Amazon is a good place for this. I chose this one.

This is entirely preference. I like this one because it is simple and does not have moving parts that can break and is not bulky. Month it on the left end of the front of the quad rail for righties. I am a lefty so my pictures may look backwards.
Feed the strap through both slots of the D ring, through the sling mount, and then back through the D ring. Friction keeps the sling secure, but allows for adjustment.
For the rear mount, I removed the stock rear sling swivel by unscrewing it from the back of the butt plate. I then put it back on sideways. put it on the same side as your front sling mount.

This is a 2 point sling, so the end that is closest to the butt goes over your shooting side shoulder, and the other side goes under your support side arm.
