I have a pre M17, shipped in Dec 1947. The finish is terrible, BUT it shoots like a house afire! Wears matching Magnas.The price was good.

Model 17 (no dash) 4 screw. Made in 1959 according to the serial number.

I sold a K-22 before moving to Florida on the advice of an unmentionable person that it was impossible to keep a blued gun rust free in Florida.
His experience turns out to have been on a boat in the Keys.
I was walking through a non-descript local gun show when there before my eyes was an M17-4 very close to mint. So once again I have a K-22. Now if I can only find a replacement for my K-38.
