Yes, I grab her snout and pretend it is a Mic and sing: Foxie the Aussie is pretty pretty girl, I love red Foxie and....well you get the picture.

My wife thinks Foxie hates it but she smiles afterward. maybe she's just being nice to me.

Never. I don't sing to anyone or anything. I leave the singing to the professionals (like Beyonce).

I have a neighbor who has a pack of tracking(mountain lion) dogs that ride in the back of his PU.
So I sing a song to my dogs to the tune of Bennie and the Jets by Elton John.
Kinda goes like this
Louie, Louie, Louie and the pups.
I'll leave it at that.

We have 2 Maltese Terriers, both females. One is Pearl the other Vaentina. Pearl loves to sing but only to "The Star Spangled Banner" or "Daddy was a Good Old Boy". When my wife Joan died in Oct 2008 the dogs were out of their elemnnt until I tried to sing to them each night. I had Carotid surgery last year & my vocal cords aren't as good as they used to be.Can't hit any high notes but Pearl can. I can remember Joanie laughing at both of us. Stupid man & stupid dog.

My dogs, Ethel and Roscoe, sing when a cop goes by or my grandson plays the harmonica.

My brother was in his back yard one evening "singing" with his beagle. Neighbor called the cops. Neighbor and cops both said it sounded like the dog was being tortured.

Whenever I do he just gets up and leaves.

I'm not sure how to interpret that.
