I just bought a very good condition M&P snub, C 271000 range.
My best guess is ~1951 - 52 for DOB.
Can someone either confirm or give a better estimate?
I'll try to get some pictures if I can. It really does look good.

C 271000 would suggest shipment in the late 1953-early 1954 period. Snubbies are very desirable K-frames, more so those in the S-series than those in the C-series.
