I've had extensive problems with my DTU series 15-22 and ordered a shipping label by phone on April 21, and it has yet to arrive. I spoke to them twice via phone and they allegedly see the request, but ask me to perform redundant nonesense like filling out the form online (which I did twice) generating errors both times, rendering the form useless. Does anyone have a named individual that exhibits an ounce of competence, or atleast some energy to perform their job and find out where the eff my label is, or what I need to do to receieve one? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated because thus far they have been mildly retarded regarding simple tasks.

Frank Branchesi is the only name that I know in customer service that can give you info. I have only had e-mail contacts with him. Also, Paul Remillard, again through e-mail. They have my 5 inch 27-2, having a cylinder stop problem repaired, and having RR/WO sights installed. I sent a 70s era complete white outline kit, to have them install so that there would be a record that the additions would be on file as S&W factory work. Sorry about getting off the subject, but those are the only names that I know are current, and I assume by your post that you are waiting for a pre-paid warranty mailing label, and I mine wasn't. Good Luck!

Talk to Kelley Rathman. Very efficient lady at S&W who happens to know what she's doing.

If you don't want to call, her email address is [email protected]

I agree, Kelley Rathman is a great contact over there and will take care of you. But she is out of town on vacation until Tuesday May 10th, just an FYI

my return label didn't get here either. last two times they emailed the label but mailed this one. called em this morning and was told they are having problems getting return labels out. said they will mail another. will wait another week and see.

I seem to see this more lately, if you have had it emailed before without problems, why don't we have them email them now...

DLBX2- It happens that Frank is the one that answered this most recent time and you are right, he was incredibly helpful and ensured things were on the way. Thank you for your input. Anyone reading this, remember that name, otherwise you'll want to poke your eyes out dealing with the others.

Thanks to those whom provided names and input on the subject. I am a business owner myself and take customer relationship management very seriously. S&W thus far, based on my experience with them has exhibited pure ineptitude and gross apathy towards me as a customer. I am refreshed to learn that others at a particular juncture have had more favorable results with them. I liked the Taurus comment, are they really bad?
