does anyone serously load 380 acp???

I don't reload either .380 or .32 ACP because I shoot so few of them and I lose so many of the empties. I don't have dies for either round. I load .32 S&W Long and could load .32 S&W, and have, but not for a long time. I can't see why .380 would be any different that 9mm unless you've got really fat fingers.

I have a set of like-new RCBS dies that I haven't used in years, mainly because I sold my Walther PPK/S. However, I did not experience any problems reloading on my Dillon 550.

I'm seriously thinking of getting a Browning 1911-.380, in which case I'll set up to reload for it.

Most .380s are straight blowback action and the Europeans, who often use this cartridge in law enforcement, tend to load their rounds at the upper end of permissible pressure to insure reliability.
