I see an abundance of this ammo around but no regular mini-mag. It even costs the same. Does this function the same for you guys?

I think you mean Troy Landry, shoot 'em 'lizabeth, shoot 'em.

It ran fine in mine but every gun is different, in my local Cabelas they had a bunch but as you said not much else.

It fed well in my Ruger SR-22 but constantly stove piped in my Ruger 22/45 .How ever my M&P 22 had no problems with it.

Ugh, I meant Troy.:p

I'm debating making a big investment in it since I know the standard mm is fine.

I hope it works in my 15-22 as I ordered a box 375 from ammotogo.com as that is the only CCI 22 LR HP ammo they had and even that was gone a hour later. Price wasn't real bad considering the big rush on 22LR ammo but the shipping is a killer. Ouch. I really do like any CCI rimfire ammo.

Thanks guys. I'll try a few boxes since nothing else is around.

All it is is their standard ammo repackaged with some name on it to make it sound "special."

My two concerns were A) it is all that's left on shelves B) it hardly sells for more than retail on gb, and people there seem to pay/buy anything.

The "chootems" are just mini-mags in a bulk box. They are pricier since they are a premium 22lr. (vs other bulk packs) There are two versions.. the 40gn and 36gn hollow points. If you have problems feeding mini-mags, try the non-hollow points and see if you have the same issue. I prefer CCI AR Tactical myself for a little less $$$.

So much for that. Went back to buy some and 100 thousand plus rounds were sold.
