The Super Blood Wolf moon. Just went and looked. Can't really see any of the eclipse yet.

Eclipse starts here, 4 miles N. of Mississippi state line and 35 miles east of the Mississippi River at 9:10 PM CST and total eclipse at 10:41 pm, and ends at 11:44 PM. Sky is clear as a bell and it is 26 degrees, but no wind. I'm dressed for the cold. Got a lounge chair in the back of my truck, will see the whole thing. Scratch the no wind statement, good little breeze out of the north now. Go back out in a little bit. Last edit----All I had for a camera was my son"s cell phone and it was no use taking pictures of an eclipse of the moon. All I got was some little blobs. At least I got to see a full eclipse and the blood moon.

2d and clear in NH. Looks nice. Look as totality begins around 11 41 EST. Color will show nicely. Dark orange to deep red depending on atmospheric conditions.

It's about 80% now. Really love watching these types of events.

Thanks guys.....”spaced” (pun intended) it out. Caught it just at full eclipse! A little cool here as well, we cheated, and watched it thru the upstairs window! memtb

In progress as I type (10:50 PM MST) WOW! I understand why it is called a "Blood Moon". Not the first I have seen but probably the most spectacular!

I thought we were screwed early on with a thick cloud cover. About halfway through it started to clear and was pristine well before totality.

This eclipse was underwhelming where I'm at - hardly any color, just dark. The one I saw a couple of years ago was very, very red. Now I'm just tired and disappointed.
