DOS help needed

Any help dating a Model 30-1 with SN 735402 would be greatly appreciated.
Also--is this an improved "I" frame or a "J" frame?

The -1 indicates it is a J frame. It was made in the early 1960s but without a letter of authenticity the ship date cannot be determined. I would guess .32s were not super hot sellers at that time and it may have sat on a shelf in the factory vault for a while.
