Going to buy the BG 2.0 this morning, 3 day waiting period here.

Couldn’t resist all the rave/hype - of course, it has some issues reported, no biggie, happens with all production guns.

Ordered a Muddy River IWB leather holster yesterday.

I’ve owned a few micros in the past - Hellcat OSP, FN Reflex, Glock 42, Sig P365X & 938 Legion, LCP MAX. Other guns owned - Glock 19, Hellcat Pro, AF1911S15, SAS UL 3.25, PDP F 3.5.

Welcome to the family. My guess is that this will be the first in a long line of Smith's. They are very addictive

We’ll see! I was going to buy the Shield Plus a couple months ago but got a goofy response from S&W customer service and went with Hellcat.

Picking up pocket rocket Thursday, going to see if it can handle 300 rounds of leftover steel cased ammo that day too.

Maybe just my bad luck. Back when I was much younger, a "Friend" gave me 10 boxes of WW2 military surplus .45 ACP steel cased ball ammo. It was free, so what the heck. I fired some through my 1972 Colt Combat Commander. The first five rounds seemed excessively powerful. The sixth round ripped the extractor hooked off.
Anyway, just my experience with old military steel cased ammo.

Bummer! My LCP MAX ate 1400 rounds with no problems.
