So I ordered on yesterday. I am semi-mechanically skilled. Just wondering if these are fairly easy to install. I have looked on the Internet for video's on how to install them but didn't have much luck.

sky,

It's pretty straightforward, but knowing some "Tricks" (can you say 'rebound spring tool'?) are helpful. I got my courage up to do spring jobs by ordering the "Complete Action Job" video by Jerry Miculek.
The AGI (American Gun Institute) complete disassembly videos are also very helpful. They are available for most popular brands/frame sizes. The one for Ruger auto 22-- marks I, II, and III is worth it's weight in platinum!
Also, check out the forum stickies for some very helpful basics.

SPRING KIT

Yes, the Apex Tactical J-Frame kit. Thanks for the help and I will do some searching. If you do not have the rebound spring tool, is there something similar that you could use?

Yes, a Phillips screwdriver will work. Pay close attention as it is easy to lose the spring!
