Duffer - RIP

You and your family will be in my prayers, Hillbilly, for the loss of your Duffer, a beautiful animal and, I'm sure, a beloved member of the family. You did right my him when the time came, even though it was hard. He needed that from you, so it was as high an expression of love as I can imagine as it was difficult.

Hillbilly, I gave you a like just because I know, not because I like it.
I think they'll be with us until we hopefully see them again.

Hillbilly, I am sorry to hear of your loss. Very good and bright looking dog.
I run bird dogs and have for years. When i was young, I assumed that losing a dog would get easier with age.
Now that I am older I realize that I did not appreciate the dogs enough back then. It gets harder the older I get.
My thoughts are with you today. Be thankful for all that great dog gave to
you.

I just read the original posts about Annie and Duffer. I know he brought great joy to you guys. What a great deed you and your family did by taking them in like you did. My sincere condolences to you and your family for your loss.

Sincere condolences, I feel your pain. Just reading your post brought tears to my eyes remembering my beloved Maggie and how much I still miss her. My wife accuses me of having loved her more than my grandkids. Only some of them.

Having lost three (3) labs that were my best friends, I shed many a tear of your post ..... I feel your pain, and I'm sorry for your loss.

Very sorry for your loss. So tough to lose a dog, even worse when it's a Lab, they really are a special breed...
