Greeting fellow Smith owners.
I am new to this forum but not to shooting. Or Smiths.
I have an old 17-3 target model with a 6" barrel. A small 317 air-lite and today I picked one up that has been on the list for a long time- A 4" 629-1 with the target package.
I joined to be able to see the pictures that are posted and to try to figure out the year the 629 was made or shipped. I know it is not always easy to figure that out with S&W.
I have some dies on the way and can't wait to join the "wrist breaker" club- although some of the loads I have put through my .45 Blackhawk certainly qualify.
