Hi from the UK.

Welcome.

Googled your local club and found your excellent website. I am impressed and a wee bit envious.

Again, welcome.

Envious ?

Just wish we could own and shoot more varied stuff like you guys, like regular handguns. Wish I could own a glock. Swings and roundabouts!

Welcome from Michigan. I would suggest you look into the Shotgun Sports. The UK has a schooling system and sporting ranges that sort of make the US look like a desert for Shotgun Sports. Look into getting a budget model Yildiz and get some lessons and you will find breaking clay targets is a lot more fun than shooting at targets that don't move.

Ive got a shotgun licence so I’ll be buying a shotgun too.

I go clay pigeon shooting quite regular too, pretty decent at it. Lol

Welcome from glorious Eastern North Carolina, USA. Kudos to you for getting your firearms. I have a soft spot for British firearms... Lee-Enfields, Webleys, and of course all those gorgeous shotguns that I can't afford. Yes, some of the best guns were and are manufactured in the U.K. Enjoy!

Went shooting last night and some members were adamant I bought the wrong gun. They reckon I should have bought the tippman. Their argument was quite convincing!!!

Welcome from the state of confusion known as New Mexico.

My Mom was from Brentwood, Essex, where I lived for a year when my Dad was in Korea, and then an additional four years divided between RAF Sculthorpe in Norfolk and London.

Welcome. I spent a couple wonderful years 60-62, in RAF Sculthorpe, Fakenham, Norfolk County. Really enjoyed the cost towns, Hunstanton, Sheringham.
I hope you find the Clays busting as enjoyable as I do.

I do enjoy the clays but love to get into practical shooting though. That does look fun.

Welcome! I have fond memories of visiting Newmarket (where my first grandchild was born in 1990, son was serving at RAF Lakenheath), and Bramerton, Norfolk from where my family emigrated in 1640 to what is now the United States.

Welcome! I love the UK. Many great times there. Glad you can shoot and collect.
