Easy way to replace trigger spring?

Is there a way to replace the trigger return spring on a M&P full size without taking the trigger assembly apart? Thank you.

I guess that will depend on what you mean by trigger assembly?

At a minimum, the locking block head pin (pin that the trigger pivots on) will have to come out. That pin runs through one end of the trigger return spring.

Don't know if you can rotate the return spring back under the locking block after hooking it to the trigger bar.

Just pop the roll pin out and remove the locking block. Plenty of YT vids to guide you.
