Greetings, all:

Anyone ordered from El Paso Saddlery lately? Just wondering what their wait times are right now.

Thanks, and Semper Fi.

about 2 months after they charge your account. JL

Last time I ordered it took them about four months to cash my check and another two months to deliver the goods. It turned out it was "exactly" what I had ordered but their "Service Department" said it could take a while to make the "fix" since it basically meant doing a complete new holster. The Customer said 'bag it' and so I did.

I actually took my 1917 revolver to their shop in El Paso for a custom shoulder rig a few years back...Like a dumb-ass, I paid up front. After 2 months wait, I thought I purchased something from a sweat-shop in Juarez...POS, I converted what pieces I could for a OWB holster...Their catalog is the best part of that place. Yes, I'm not a "happy-camper" whenever I see their name...

I got a six round cartridge slide from them last summer for my .44. I don't remember what the wait was, but I was not in the least unhappy with the product, or service.

I have two of the tom threepersons holsters
both are sturdy and well made, You can get
some elpaso saddlery holsters from cheaper than
dirt with no wait and cheaper than the maker

I bought a Tortilla this past summer. They said it would be about 8 weeks. I got it in 6 weeks. Had to send it back due to them not makeing the strap long enough to go around a target hammer. I had told them up front that the N frame had a target hammer. About 4 weeks latter they sent it back. It is perfect and overall I am happy. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a Double Agent for my M-64 with 3-inch heavy barrel on 19 August. It arrived on 9 September, exactly 4 weeks. Great holster. I use it every day.

They are a good crew to do business with. My very fastest time in getting an order is 7 days and the slowest is 10 weeks. Both my son and I have done a fair amount of business with them and needless to say we are continueing to order more. Their quality is first rate and they are good people. Once you have rec'd your first order you will order more.

I ordered a Double Agent for a Dan Wesson CBOB and it came in less than a month. Very satisfied with the quality too.

I have found El Paso Saddlery to make the best holsters around. They look great and last forever.

Some people seem to lack patience. The holsters are not mass produced. They are made one at a time by hand. It is not a large operation. In this day and age of instant gratification, there are those who get upset if they don't get an item in their mailbox three days after they pressed the "Submit Order" button on their keyboard.

El Paso Saddlery charges the customer's credit card when the order is placed because it's a one of a kind, handmade item.

I have many, many holsters and belts and other items from EPS. I find their custom, hand made products to be a wonderful throwback to the old days.

I don't mind waiting.

I'm waiting for a pair of custom grips, a custom engraving job, and a custom cartridge holder. All three of those companies charged me already. I paid in full.

Now I wait. My items will come. I will be happy with them.

Patience is a virtue....

I have about a half dozen El Paso holsters. I waited 4 to 8 weeks for each. Each was well worth the wait. I particularly like their Tortilla holster for S&W revolvers, everything from J thru N frames.

I am looking for a quality OTWB holster for a 2 1/2" 19 and a 3" M13. Can you post a pic of a Totilla holster with a K frame it it?
