I see questions about cast bullets often. This is a company I have dealt with in the past and have found their quality to far exceed any of the other suppliers I have yet seen. It is G&T Bullets and they have some things no one else does! You can specify sized diameter, or even as-cast if you want to size them yourself. Their alloy is 96/2/2 which should be about 15 Brinnell. They have gas checked bullets and many hollow point designs that should work well at 15 Brinnell! Here is a link to their web site:GT Bullets!, Fine Hand Cast Lead Bullets

I mention them because I have never seen anyone mention them before,

I have been casting bullets since about 1960, including having several custom molds of my own design from accurate. You can bet I am very happy with G T Bullets to use them! Admittedly when they can provide things I do not have molds for!

During a time in my life when the business consumed 7 days per week for 8 or 9 years I had very little time for reloading, bullet casting, anything at all other than taking care of business.

GT Bullets provided excellent products, as the OP describes. In addition to sizing specifications, GT also tailors the alloy content for the intended uses (pressures, velocities, etc).

I've been casting my own since 1973, but I doubt that I will ever be able to do the same level of work that GT Bullets provides every day.

Outstanding products, great customer service.

I know of them and would order but still have a lot of lead bullets to get rid of, before that happens..........

even though they have some great looking bullets, that I would like to try out in my 38 and 357 revolvers, when it comes time to buy lead bullets again.

I am intrigued by their hollow point cast bullets, and those slugs.

I might want to load 12g BBB, 000, and slugs at some point.

The 96/2/2 is +/- 11bhn, which is a fantastic alloy for most of anyone's pistol/revolver needs.

Most commercial casters use too hard of an alloy for their bullets.
