Extreme Concealment Order: wheres my stuff??

Based on some reviews I read, I placed an order for a holster and mag carrier back in July. I have tried to email several times, no response. Also tried to call them directly, the phone number is out of service. They didnt have any issues charging my card right away though. Anyone else have issues with this company?
