F.I.E. T grip adapter,anyone here heard of these?

I found one of these at a LGS in their used parts box. It looks just like a Tyler T grip it's silver and marked "F.I.E. Japan".

I've never heard of these or seen them before. It fits a J frame. Well made I paid $10 for it. Just looking for info and if anyone here has heard of these and or uses one? Thanks for any info guys.

I've got one F.I.E. that I use on a Colt Army Special along with a few Tyler's and on Pachmyer. The FEI is pretty much a clone of the Tyler. Very good quality, and I believe they were made in Japan. Mine came in a set that also had a trigger shoe.
