FAB Defensce gl-mag stock

Hey all neat stock design that holds a mag in the stock. I know that this idea has been marketed before, but instead of a collaplseable it was a fixed stock. Does anybody know if the 15-22 mags will fit in a AR mag well? Think somebody could make one similar to this that it could hold one of 15-22 mags?

I don't think a 15-22 mag will fit. The 15-22 mags are longer from the top to the mag catch notch. This is because the magazine needs to go higher into the receiver to accommodate the smaller round.

I realize that I'm kinda plugging a product, but here's another option for carrying mags. (For that AR guy that has everything, I guess.)

I'm not that sold on carrying mags in this manner, but I will say that I own one of the stock mounted shotgun shell rigs and it is pretty cool. GREAT people and reasonably innovative ideas.

I'll pass - way too cumbersome for me.

I'm referring to the loadmaster, BTW. It's more a gimmick rather than a practical addition.

I can see the point of that load master setup for a grab and go rifle for an active shooter or something for a patrol car, where you can't wear a full tac vest or something.

But for $70 you can pick up a SF 60 round mag for a real rifle.

On a 15/22? Naaah.

I can get 10 15 22 (25rnd), 6 Colt C 4 (30rnd), 3 555 bulk 22 boxes, ear muffs, cleaning and tool kit, and assorted other junk in my range bag.......I just can't pick it up.

I gots me a cute little big wheel beach cart .....carry my range bag and soft drink cooler.....Now I gotta figure out a cart to haul 4 rifles and 3 pistols.

Not really crazy about the price, but it would be neat just to hold a second 10 round mag for squirel hunting or something.
