Sixty-nine years to reach sexual maturity?! (Must be a lot of frustrated younger coelacanths hanging out down there in anticipation of their seniority...)
Filet it, wrap it in bacon, soak it in Italian dressing, and smoke it for a couple hours (about a six pack job) . . .
