Majorlk Member Joined Dec 17, 2011 Messages 5,819 Reaction score 4,250 Location Naugatuck, CT Feb 10, 2013 #2 There's a screw/bolt in the bottom of the latch. Remove it. Be sure to let the paint cure for at least a week before you reassemble it. Dry does not mean the same thing as cured and hard.
