Factory Letter backlog

Has the backlog of Factory Letters that were postmarked before September 27, 2021 been dealt with, or are they still working on clearing the backlog?

Opened on January 24 and each requester is limited to one request per week as per Bill Cross.

I mailed a request for a Factory Letter before the September 27, 2021 moratorium deadline. Bank Draft cashed October 7, 2021.

I am starting to wonder if the Factory Letter has been lost in the mail.

Anybody else, who put in a Factory Letter request before the moratorium deadline, still waiting for the letter?

It took three tries to correct all the typos on mine and they mailed the final version to me twice but I never received it. They did email me an electronic copy.

Several emails in October, November, December of 2021, mostly with Michael Helms, some with Bill Cross. I don't think you were involved.
