failure to lock open on last rnd

I have figured out the problem, I actually went about trying to make mine malfunction. If you take a medium carborundum stone or a fine file and make the back of the device connector a little thinner it works everytime but if it is just marginally a little thick it will cause the malfunctions noted. There is just enough play in the pin on the bolt lock that it can cause this problem. Anyhow that is what I discovered.
