Fair price for M&P PRO ?

Here's a couple of data points for you.

I got an unfired, previously owned .40 Pro, 4.25" with night sights, two standard magazines, case and back straps last month in Loveland, Colorado. The price on the tag was $580. (I actually did a trade for the Pro .40.)

As I recall they did have a NIB 9mm Pro equipped the same for $600.

It was interesting, they had the two Pro Series pistols on the shelf and a standard FS .40. All three were gone in about 30 minutes. It wasn't like they just put them on the shelf, or they just opened, three buyers were there at the same time.

I paid $575 for my 9mm Pro-series 4.25" in late February. I have not looked at prices since.

paid $550 for my pro series 4.25" 9mm in January. the shop gave me a price break because when I spoke with them on the phone they told me they had a 5" bbl. so I made the drive only to find they had it wrong in their inventory. would have been $580. couldn't pass it up once I had it in my hands :-)

street price right now is likely to be higher than LGS prices though, due to high demand and shops often not having them in stock.

I paid $599 for mine when I bought it just over 2 years ago so the prices seem to be back on track.

Got my M&P40 Pro 4.25" a little over a month ago for $579 +tax. Came with 5 new mags too. Worth every penny and then some.

I was at Jensen Arms in Loveland, Colorado today and spied both a 5" Pro in 9mm and .40, $595 each.
