I put together a order including several boxes of Nosler bullets with Midsouth Shooters Supply recently. One of the boxes of projectiles was packed separately in a sealed plastic bag. The box was "previously opened" but no bullets had spilled, box remained closed, and absolutely no harm, no foul. This announcement was included in the sealed plastic bag.
I thought it pretty clever to send along opened merchandise with this sort of explanation. I've purchased "open boxes" before and always at a slight discount from other suppliers. If all the promised product is delivered and the box is structurally intact I don't see any reason why I should get a discount - and apparently neither does Midsouth.
