Very sad. RIP Farah Fawcett. Best regards 18DAI.

I had one of her swimsuit posters that was so popular back in the day.
She was a real honey and I'm sad to see her go.

I wasnt a fan, probley only see her a few minuets in switching channels. However, I feel she was disserviced in the media explaining what "kind" of cancer she had. That should be disrespetful no matter who you are.

Beautiful woman, decent actress.
Too bad. The media really should be told to go pound sand in a great deal of their coverage of illnesses and deaths of celebrities. Especially in the case of women celebrities. I know that just speaking for me, if I had to run a gauntlet of the media ghouls to get to/from a hospital or to have friends visit while I circled the drain, I might be tempted to take some drastic steps?
I mean, as was said by JB Book's in "The Shootist" "What'd stop me, fear of dying"?

My wife and I are both fans. :( It's sad to see her go so young. Charlie's Angels reruns are posted on You Tube. My wife and I enjoy watching them and are appreciative of the memories Farrah gave us. David Doyle is gone as well. :(

"I feel she was disserviced in the media explaining what "kind" of cancer she had."

Actually she revealed the details about her cancer. Her in depth TV special on her struggle with the disease was about as gritty and revealing as it was possible to be. She wanted to make others aware of the struggle that cancer victims go through with the idea of promoting cancer research and understanding. She was a gutsy lady.

I only saw her in "Logan's Run" on video. It seems she fought her affliction with courage and dignity.

yes indeed :(

Great poster! But mostly posting to see that Farah gets more attention than M jackson.

I never saw what everyone else did in Farrah Fawcett - of course I like red heads and not blonds.

She was a mediocre actress at best who enjoyed a short time in the spot light. Sadly, she spent the majority of the rest of her life in a drug/alcohol induced haze alongside her addict companion. A good example of how NOT to live your life.

With all that being said, I hate to see anyone die a slow, miserable death like she had to endure.

I used to have some friends whose son "ran away" when he was in the 7th grade which was the same time that Farrah was really popular. They found him a couple of miles down the road walking along with two essential items - 1) was a bag of peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and 2) his Farrah Fawcett poster rolled up and tucked under his arm.

I always thought that said it all.

I hope someone of good heart, good humor, or good judgement put's your tribute on a scrap of paper for her EZ. Alas, she could have been thought far worse of!

RIP Farah

Now to correct a misconception; The documentary about her illness wasn't intended for public viewing when it was being done. She was outed by some pathetic SOB at the hospital that sold her medical records to the tabloids. I admire her tenacity for going after this dirtbag while she was ill and then deciding to put the documentary out for the public since her privacy had already been totaly violated.

Say what you will about her career or lifestyle, in the end she was a class act.
