My normal instant oatmeal prior to dashing out the door to get things ready for church, just like very other Sunday. We did, however, have a nice lunch out with my Dad, my wife, and my daughter.

I had one slice of bread toasted with p-nut butter and jelly.That's sad.

I like PB&J. In fact I like PB and almost anything. If I have to make breakfast on the run it is often this. Dad turned me on to it. Good stuff.
